Returns and Replacements

Made-to-order policy

Our products are created specifically for you. Because of this, we generally do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Personal preference (for example, colour tone or style expectations)

We encourage you to review product details, sizing, and descriptions carefully before ordering.

Replacements for damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent, we will make it right.

Please contact us at hello@hueco.art within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

  • A short explanation of the issue

If approved, we will organise a replacement at no additional cost.

Refunds

Refunds are handled case by case. If a replacement is not possible, we may offer a refund to the original payment method.

Shipping issues and delivery delays

If tracking shows an order is delayed, please allow a little extra time, especially during peak periods. If your parcel appears lost or hasn’t moved for an extended period, contact us at hello@hueco.art and we’ll assist.

Incorrect address or failed delivery

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we can reship it, but additional shipping charges may apply.
