1. Damaged or Defective Products
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by following these steps:
- Contact us at hello@hueco.art with your order number and a description of the issue.
- Attach clear photos showing the defect or damage to the product.
Once we verify the issue, we will provide one of the following solutions:
- A replacement product at no additional cost.
- A full refund to your original payment method.
2. Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong product, please let us know within 14 days of delivery by providing:
- Your order number.
- A photo of the incorrect item.
We will promptly correct the issue by:
- Sending the correct item at no additional cost.
- Offering a full refund if the item cannot be replaced.
3. Change of Mind
Since our products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for change-of-mind purchases. Please ensure you review your design, product selection, and shipping details carefully before placing your order.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Additional Information
- Shipping Fees: HueCo does not refund original shipping fees unless the return is due to a fault on our part.
- Customs Fees: Any customs fees paid during the delivery process are non-refundable.
- Third-Party Orders: If you purchased your HueCo product from a third-party retailer, please contact them directly for returns or replacements.
