Shipping & Delivery

Overview

Welcome to HueCo. Every item is made to order and produced through our fulfillment partner Gelato. This helps reduce waste and allows us to deliver to customers reliably in the United States and Australia.

Production time

Most orders are produced within 2 to 5 business days. Production times can vary during peak periods or when an item requires additional handling (for example, framed prints or apparel).

Shipping time estimates

Shipping times are provided as a guide and may vary due to carrier conditions, weather, customs, and seasonal demand.

United States

  • Standard delivery: 5 to 12 business days (after production)

  • Most US orders arrive within 7–17 business days from order date.

Australia

  • Standard delivery: 3 to 8 business days (after production)

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and item type. If we run free shipping promotions, they will be displayed on the website and applied automatically at checkout.

Tracking

Where available, tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Tracking updates can take 24 to 48 hours to appear after dispatch.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an address is incorrect or incomplete, delivery may be delayed or returned to sender.

If you need to update your delivery address, contact us as soon as possible at hello@hueco.art. Address changes are only possible before production begins.

Order changes and cancellations

Because products are made to order:

  • We can usually cancel or change an order only within a short window after purchase

  • Once production has started, changes and cancellations may not be possible

If you need help, contact us immediately at hello@hueco.art with your order number.

Duties, taxes, and customs (US orders)

Since Gelato fulfils locally in the US, duties typically don’t apply for US orders — clarify this explicitly.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email hello@hueco.art within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will organize a replacement where appropriate.
